Traveling Tips: Self Recovery from Jetlag

Traveling Tips number one: When you travel to destinations with big time differences You should immediately try to adapt to the new time cycle. For instance, when You have arrived at your destination during the day but you’re supposed to be on Your night cycle, then follow the new time cycle, in this case daylight activities. Try taking a walk or do any activity that will keep you awake as people in the new time cycle would do. This way your body will adapt much faster.
